Why did you become an attorney?
My father inspired me to go to law school and become an attorney.
What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
My years of focusing my practice on divorce cases has helped me help my clients. Having a family of my own makes me understand what my clients are going through when making tough decisions.
What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?
I started practicing family/divorce law 32 years ago. It has been my primary practice area ever since. I like helping clients through the divorce process and I try to make it easier on them by providing information, personal attention and good advice.
What makes your law firm unique?
I maintain a small firm that provides personal attention to each client. When you hire me, you get me. No paralegals, no assistants. You will not be passed off to an inexperienced associate. I handle each case personally.
Describe your ideal client.
My ideal client respects my advice and listens carefully - then the client makes informed decisions.
Describe your charitable activities.
I support many charities that have personal meaning to me.
