Why did you become an attorney?
As long as I can remember, I have always wanted to be a lawyer. I enjoy arguing and debating in court. I have a profound desire to represent clients in their moment of need. I take your case personally and will do everything within my power to achieve and secure a desired result that my clients are happy with so that they may put this chapter in their lives behind them and be stronger moving forward
What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
My father was an autoworker for 37 years and a Vietnam veteran. He has instilled in me the core values of patriotism, hard work, ethics and to always take care of your fellow man. These values are ingrained in me and made me the person I am today. In my 15 years experience I always make each and every client that I represent understand that they are in good hands and confident that I am working hard on their case to their satisfaction.
What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?
Criminal and Domestic/Family law has always interested me dating back even before law school. With criminal law, I am being entrusted with people’s lives and freedom. In every case, a person’s liberties are at stake and jail time or incarceration is a possibility. With Domestic/Family law a person’s whole world and everything they have worked so hard for may be in jeopardy. These two areas allow me the greatest ability to meet people, to practice inside a courtroom and to truly represent people at some of their lowest points in their lives. Securing a favorable outcome in these areas has a profound impact on their lives and is very rewarding for me knowing that I helped change or even save a life.
What makes your law firm unique?

You hired my expertise and that is what you are going to get, period. Describe your ideal client.
One that is educated every step of the way by me so that they can make an informed decision regarding the outcome of their case. A client that knows from the minute they hire our firm that they are in great hands and know we take their case personally and seriously.
Describe your personal interest and hobbies.
I have a beautiful 10 year old boy who consumes most of my free time. From football to baseball, soccer to bowling we do everything together. I also enjoy playing and watching all sports and am a season ticket holder for our Detroit Lions for 8 years (yes, the break my heart and yes, I went to every game when we went 0-16.
Describe your charitable activities.
I regularly contribute to local and national charities both personally and through my office. St. Jude, Special Olympics, Purple Heart, Salvation Army as well as through my local church.
