Why did you become an attorney?
I have always been intrigued by the law and how it impacts on people's lives. I have been representing clietns for over thirty (30) years and still truly love what I do.
What experiences (work and personal) help you to be a better attorney?
I have been married for over thirty (30) years and have raised two (2) children. I have also opened my home to friends and relatives who have encountered hard times and needed help. I understand how problems can devastate both individuals and families and how much a good lawyer can make a diofference in people's lives. I take great pride in the fact that I have helped many people over the years. I have tried a significant number of cases over the years and feel my substantial trial experiences has also helped my to become a better attorney.
What made you choose your primary specialty focus of law?
Although many cases are resolved by way of settlement, I am not hesitant to pursue litigation when it is apprpriate. Although I enjoy litigation, I only pursue it when it is necessary.
What makes your law firm unique?
Our goal from the very inception of our law firm has always been to provide quality representation at afordable rates.
Describe your ideal client.
The ideal client is one who is willing to listen and follow advice. It is also extremely important that a client be honest with us so that we can properly advise that client and determine a course of action which is in the client's best interest.
Describe your personal interest and hobbies.
Tennis golf, bridge, travel and reading.
Describe your charitable activities.
During the course of my career, I have on occasion handled legal matters on a pro bono basis. I have also, along with members of my family, volunteered my time to various charitable events. I also regularly contribute to certain charities.
